  • You are in charge of „High Impact Projects“ and report directly to the management team
  • Through data based analysis you identify customer needs (e.g. same day delivery) and ensure implementation of necessary processes through all departments
  • By designing innovative processes you support our quickly growing organization to stay efficient and flexible
  • You identify attractive retail partners worldwide and get them on board
  • You identify opportunities to raise customer awareness and set up tests


  • An excellent degree from top-ranked university/ Business School
  • 2+ years of work experience, preferred from a top-tier consulting company or fast scaling e-commerce
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with a solution-oriented mindset
  • The capability to always find a right balance between getting things done and taking the time to think strategically
  • You are clear, efficient and friendly in verbal as well as written communication (fluent English)
